By using MathSnapAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
A learning aid, not an answer key
Lessons, steps and voice explanations are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or use the wrong units. Check arithmetic, reasoning and units yourself and ask a teacher when it matters. Do not rely on MathSnapAI for exams where aids are not allowed, or for professional, financial, engineering or safety decisions.
Your content
You keep your photos, text and questions. You give us permission only to process them as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending text and audio to the AI providers once you allow it. Only submit content you have the right to use.
Fair use
Do not use the app to cheat where it is prohibited, to generate harmful content, to overload or reverse-engineer the AI services, or in breach of law. The AI providers’ own usage rules also apply.
Availability
AI features need an internet connection and third-party services that may change or be unavailable. Features may be updated or removed. The app is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
