The photo isn’t read correctly
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the whole problem in frame. Check every number, symbol and unit in the recognized text; you can edit it before teaching starts. You can also type the problem.
AI help or audio doesn’t work
Check your connection and that AI data sharing is on in Settings, then retry. If camera, microphone or speech access was declined, enable it in iOS Settings → MathSnapAI. You can always type a question instead of speaking.
Saving lessons and cards
Lessons are kept on this device only. If a save fails, keep the draft open, free up storage and try again. Saving a solution card to Photos needs add-only Photos access.
Deleting your data
Delete a lesson in Saved lessons, or delete the app to remove everything. Turn off AI data sharing to stop all sending.
